County Employee/Appointee (Associate Judge) Clarinda Comstock was represented in that case by Cory Reed and Zandra Foley, the same law firm and attorneys that are representing the Vacek & Freed estate planning attorneys in the case snatched out of the District Court by the probate court with no pending estate administration, none of the parties are heir to any estate and where the case has remained before Comstock without a plaintiff since Carl Brunsting resigned the office of independent executor February 19, 2015. Clarinda Comstock has never had the integrity to declare her conflicts of interest in the case and fer former attorneys at Thompson Coe, have been getting paid for litigating a case that hasn’t had a plaintiff since Carl Brunsting resigned the office of “independent executor” on February 19, 2015. In fact, it was Cory Reed in the -403 numbered case (the one snatched from the district court without a pending probate) that asked for a “status conference”. In my opinion Clarinda Comstock is Harris County’s Probate Mafia Under-boss and she can use the judges signature stamp on anything she chooses. The elected politicians called “Judge” my come and go but the County’s Underboss remains whether the politicians called “Judge” are replaced or remain but it is the Under-boss that calls all the shots.

One would think that someone appointed as a temporary administrator for a decedents estate for the purpose of evaluating the “claims” in a probate case would mention the decedents will, the inventory, appraisement and list of claims, the claims docket and identify the devisee’s in his report. The report of Temporary Administrator Attorney Gregory Lester never mentions any of these things. Why not?
